| We do have a waiting list. The earlier you can visit the nursery and register with us the better. |

| Do you have open evenings? |
| Open evenings are held generally before Easter, late summer before September, and before Christmas. Please contact us for specific dates. |

| Can I make an appointment to visit the nursery? |
| Parents are very welcome to make an appointment to visit our nursery. We provide appointments at 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Please contact us to make a booking. |

| Can you accommodate children with special needs? |
| Yes we do have experienced and qualified staff who will work to create an environment which meets the needs of each child. We have our own Senco in each nursery. |

| Do I still pay fees when I take my child on holiday? |
| Fees are charged when you take your child on holiday. |
|
| Can I apply for a Nursery Education Grant? |
| Your child becomes eligible for this grant at the start of the term following his or her third birthday but we have found it necessary to withdraw from the scheme. |

| Does the nursery accept childcare vouchers? |
| We do accept childcare vouchers towards the payment of your fees. |
|
| What are your opening hours? |
We are open for 50 weeks of the year. We close for a week at Easter, a week at Christmas and all Bank Holidays.
We are open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
For part time attendances morning sessions are from 8 p.m. to 1 p.m. and afternoon sessions are from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. |
